If I'd like a product customization, or something I don't see, what should I do?

We are happy to try to accommodate custom orders for our sciencey minded friends. Simply let us know what you envision, and we'll see what we can do!

What is your order cancellation policy?

Order cancellation requests must be received with 12 hours of order placement.

What is your return policy?

For apparel and hat orders, please check our detailed sizing charts and item details to ensure you order the correct size as these items may not be returned due to you choosing an incorrect size.

For all other purchases, if your purchase isn't quite what you expected, simply let us know in a timely fashion (within 5 days of receiving your item(s)) and we'd be happy to exchange it with another sciencey product of the same value or, depending on the situation, refund your order. (returned item must be received within 14 days of you receiving it).

Order issues?

In the rare instance in which one of you lovelies is unhappy with what you ordered, we like to hear from our customers, prior to leaving feedback if possible, so that we can remedy any issues (whether it be sending a replacement, issuing a refund, or just generally resolving a misunderstanding, depending on the situation). We have had negligible unhappy situations, all of which we have remedied expediently and to our customer's satisfaction. We take it quite personally if one of our people are unhappy!
