Cancellations: Because many of our items are made-to-order, and are often custom in nature, we do not allow order cancellations if more than 24 hours has passed since placing your order.

For apparel orders, custom jewelry, and custom stamps: Please check our detailed sizing information/charts and item details to ensure you order the correct size. These items may not be returned due to you choosing an incorrect size. Custom jewelry and stamps may not be returned since they are personalized items. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

For all other purchases: If you have an issue with your purchase, please let us know in a timely fashion (within 5 days of receiving your item(s)) for further assistance. If your item(s) is approved for a return, the returned item(s) must be received by us within 14 days of you receiving it.
