Cancellations: Because many of our items are made-to-order, and are often custom in nature, we do not allow order cancellations if more than 24 hours has passed since placing your order.

For apparel, bag, and hat orders: Please check our detailed sizing information/charts and item details to ensure you order the correct size as these items may not be returned due to you choosing an incorrect size.

For all other purchases: If you have an issue with your purchase, please let us know in a timely fashion (within 5 days of receiving your item(s)) for further assistance. If your item(s) is approved for a return, the returned item(s) must be received by us within 14 days of you receiving it.
